The purpose of the website is "to disseminate information to our owners". We have tried to limit the scope to keep the site manageable for all concerned. As you click on the bullets that are provided, keep in mind that we are open to new ideas and new directions. As volunteers, your Board members will do their best to consider all requests. Given the limitations of their time and resources you may be invited to assist the Board in executing your request.

In addition to the President's Letter, new and seasoned owners alike will want to check out our Welcome Letter. It covers a myriad of topics that affect us all from time-to-time. Owners thinking about renovating their unit will find helpful information to get them started, or you may not be sure whom to contact for billing/payment issues.
