A Letter from your Kepuhi Beach Resort President

Aloha Kepuhi Beach Owners:

The purpose of the website is "to disseminate information to our owners". We have tried to limit the scope to keep the site manageable for all concerned. As you click on the bullets that are provided, keep in mind that we are open to new ideas and new directions. However, also keep in mind, "He who wants a change might be asked to volunteer to do the change."

In addition to the President's Annual Letter, new and seasoned owners alike will want to check out our Welcome Letter. It covers a myriad of topics that affect us all from time-to-time. Owners thinking about renovating their unit will find helpful information to get them started, or you may not be sure whom to contact for billing/payment issues.

We are hoping to revise and update the site several times a year to keep the information current and of continuing interest.
