Jeff is president and owner of a specialty lubricant manufacturing company in Blaine, WA.  He and his wife Rika have been visiting Molokai since 1995 and have been owners since 1996.


Vice President: Barbara Kyte, Prescott, AZ

Barbara graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Occupational Therapy, followed by an MS degree and later an MHA (Master's of Health Administration) from the University of La Verne, California. Barbara retired with over 40 years in health care serving over the years as Directors of Physician Clinics and Outpatient Services, Rehabilitation Services, and Occupational Therapy. Barbara is also certified nationally as an Environmental Access Contractor and also certified as a Mediator by the State of California. Terry and Barbara have been coming to Moloka'i since 1985 and to Kepuhi Beach Resort since 1998.

Ellyn and her husband Tom have been visiting Molokai since 1996. They have been homeowners since 2005. Ellyn graduated from University of Colorado in 1975 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She worked in the non-profit sector for 13 years. Her most recent position was Sr. Director of the Team in Training program for the San Francisco Bay Area, a fundraising program for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She is currently retired, though continues raising funds for cancer research.

Dale and long-time partner, Joyce DeLuna, have been owners at Kepuhi Beach since 2003, as a result of several visits to the island. Now retired, he was owner of a printing business for over thirty years, having earned a BA in art from the University of Tulsa. Permanent residence was established in California after military duty was concluded there on the Central Coast.

Visiting Hawaii since 1971 and an owner on Molokai for over 15 years. He and his wife Kari reside in Fresno, California.



The Board welcomes your constructive comments and ideas. We ask that you put them in writing and e-mail them to any of us, or leave them with the Kepuhi Beach Resort/Property Manager and he will route them to us. We will either respond to you directly or address your ideas and concerns publicly at the next Board/Homeowner's Meeting.
